With nearly a decade of experience in the music industry, Mark Matter is not your average audio engineer. As a founding member and guitar player of the band Reckless Serenade, Mark has shared the stage with pop punk legends like Good Charlotte, Mayday Parade, and Yellowcard while touring on the national festival, Vans Warped Tour.

After touring the US for over 4 years Mark began to focus on studio recording and producing for other artists. While working at Lounge Studios in Manhattan, he quickly became a highly requested producer/engineer across all genres of music working with clients from Atlantic Records, EOne and many others. In 2021 Mark opened up Record House to be a creative oasis to all artists where they can create high quality records with any budget.

Whether he’s producing, mixing or engineering, Mark has the creative ear to elevate a song’s production value and the technical knowledge to capture a great performance. His music has been featured on MTV’s The Challenge, NCIS: Special Victims Unit, as well as NHL and MLB TV Broadcasts.
